Two minutes on what this actually does
Everything a school governing body loses track of, and where each of those things lives instead.
About two minutes, with sound.
What is in it
Policy compliance
Score your governance pack against the BELA Act, SASA and provincial regulation, and get the gaps listed one by one.
Funding applications
Quotes attached, and the approvers decided by the amount. You set the bands once and every application after that routes itself.
Meeting minutes
Signed in the browser on your school's own letterhead, then sent to the whole governing body the moment the last person signs.
Action items
Every decision gets an owner and a date, raised off the minute that agreed it, then chased by email until it is done.
R1,750 a month for your whole governing body or board
Or R1,250 a month paid annually, which is R15,000 a year and saves you R6,000. Up to 20 users, every feature included, VAT included. 40% of all proceeds are donated to schools in need.
